Laneway is just a couple of weeks away now, and the festival organisers have released each leg’s set times.
A number of lineup changes have also been announced. Surf rockers Hockey Dad are joining the Brisbane and Sydney lineups, while acclaimed singer-songwriter Julia Jacklin will now perform in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne.
After being nominated for several Grammy Awards, hardcore favourites Turnstile are no longer able to appear in Brisbane and Sydney, but they’ll still perform in Auckland, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth. The band’s Melbourne and Sydney sideshows have also been upgraded to bigger venues.
Some local artists and DJs will hit the Laneway stages this year: Andy Garvey and Sophiya join the Sydney lineup, while Jono Ma will be performing in Brisbane. IN2STELLAR and Tentendo are on the decks in Melbourne, while WA rapper Dallas Woods joins the Perth leg.
