Stan Walker has announced his first headline show in six years — and it comes complete with a full orchestra.
The iconic Aotearoa New Zealand artist will perform his first headline show in his home country since before COVID this October.
Fans can catch him at the one-night-only orchestral show at The Trusts Arena in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland on Saturday, October 17th (see full details below).
Tickets to ‘Stan Walker — A Symphonic Experience’, which is presented by Fabrik and Mai FM, go on sale to the general public on Thursday, July 23rd at 7pm local time.
The pre-sale begins on Wednesday, July 22nd at 7pm local time, with pre-sale registration opening on Wednesday, July 15th at 5:30pm (sign up here).

According to a press release, the special show “pairs Walker’s storytelling prowess and his full live band with a 30+ piece orchestra. Every song will be reimagined, rearranged, and performed live in a way audiences have never experienced before.”
Walker can’t wait to reunite with his fans in a live setting.
“Creatively, this is the best I’ve ever been,” he shares. “I have mana motuhake — complete indepndence and autonomy — and that has allowed my creativity to flow like never before.”
“I want to give my fans an experience unlike any they’ve ever had, and for them to leave forever changed. It’s going to be an epic musical, cinematic, emotional, spiritual, and cultural journey.”
‘Stan Walker — A Symphonic Experience’ has been years in the making, according to the titular singer. Walker spent the past six years performing as both a featured artists and headline guest, all the while knowing that when it came time to do his own show, he wanted it to be unique.
“This show is for everyone. For the fans who’ve been there from the beginning, and for those who have joined at any point along the way,” he adds. “It’s a reintroduction to the songs they grew up with, their favourites, alongside my favourites and my new music too.”
Walker is set to be joined at the show by special guests, including collaborators and artists who have been part of his career journey. We’ll bring you further updates.
