As Stella Donnelly shares the music video for the opening single off her new album Love and Fortune, she has also added a new tour date for 2026, following demand.
Opening single “Standing Ovation”, a double A-side alongside “Baths”, marked the first new music from Donnelly since 2022’s Flood. The comeback songs signalled the reclamation of her voice and creative space, offering listeners a glimpse into the journey she’s taken, and where she might be headed next.
The track’s music video was created with good friend and bandmate Jack Gaby. Speaking on the process, Donnelly said she and Gaby had “so much fun shooting”.
“…He went crazy with the special effects which made me lose my mind laughing so we decided to keep it all in there. Special mention to Yazz Bhandari and Marcel Tussie for playing hours of squash while we got the shots right,” she shared.

Love and Fortune debuted at No. 6 on the ARIA Australian Album Chart, marking an exciting new chapter the Melbourne-based artist. Her previous release, Flood, made it into the top 30 on the ARIA Albums Chart. It also earned a four-star review from Rolling Stone AU/NZ.
To celebrate the recently released album, Donnelly is hitting the road for the first time since 2023, bringing the new album to crowds in Australia, the UK, and Europe.

The tour kicks off at Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory on Thursday, February 19th, visiting Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne, and Perth before heading to the Northern Hemisphere through March and April. She’ll be supported at select shows by Ullah and Jack Caby.
After selling out her first Melbourne date, she has added a second hometown show at Corner Hotel on Sunday, March 1st. Tickets are available now via the links below.
In a recent interview with Rolling Stone AU/NZ, Donnelly said she’s already working on a follow up to Love and Fortune.
“Weirdly now in the middle of all this press that I’m doing for the record, I’m writing another album. It’s coming to me quite quickly,” she told us, hinting that her fourth album is going to come much faster than the three-year gap between Love and Fortune and Flood.
