New Zealand indie-rock outfit The Beths have shared plans for an upcoming livestream this week, with Live From ‘House’ 2 set to take place on Tuesday evening.
Announced via social media yesterday, this new appearance follows on from the group’s first livestream back in April, which saw them play – amongst other things – their own version of the Animal Crossing theme.
A testament to their versatility and ability to move their tracks over to acoustic instruments, this week has seen the group reveal they’ll be doing it all again on Tuesday evening.
Taking place at midnight in New Zealand, Australian fans can join in on the fun via the band’s YouTube and Instagram at 10pm AEST.
This time around though, the group are set to deliver a number of notable performances, including the theme from It’s Alive With Brad, a new track, a cover, a sneak peek of a new video, and a number of old and new songs from The Beths. In between it all, they’ll also catch up with bassist Benjamin Sinclair and drummer Tristan Deck.
While The Beths acknowledge that their late evening performance time may be inaccessible to some viewers, they’ve promised that their next livestream will see them appearing at a much more palatable time for others in their fanbase.

Though The Beths released their debut album Future Me Hates Me in 2018, they’ve already wrapped up their second record, with Jump Rope Gazers set to arrive on July 10th, 2020.
In related news, The Beths were also announced as the support act for the Australian edition of the Hella Mega Tour, which sees Green Day, Weezer, and Fall Out Boy teaming up for a global trek. Currently set to take place in November, there’s been no word as to whether COVID-19 will see these dates pushed back.
