Two hard rock legends are going to tour Australia together.

Mötley Crüe and Def Leppard have announced that their co-headlining world tour is heading Down Under at the end of the year. The pair will play three huge arena shows in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne in November (see full dates below).

Tickets go on sale to the general public in Brisbane and Melbourne on Thursday, June 8th at 11am, followed by Sydney at 12pm

The Live Nation pre-sale begins on Wednesday, June 7th at 11am for Brisbane and Melbourne, followed by Sydney on Thursday, June 8th at 12pm.

The Vodafone pre-sale begins on Monday, June 5th at 10am for Brisbane and Melbourne, with Sydney’s kicking off one hour later.

And the Mötley Crüe and Def Leppard fan pre-sale commences on Friday, June 2nd at 9am for Brisbane and Melbourne, with Sydney’s again beginning one hour later.

“After getting back on the road this past summer, we’re beyond thrilled to bring this massive tour to a global audience including some special dates in Australia! Def Leppard’s Joe Elliott says.

Mötley Crüe are just as thrilled about the co-headlining tour. “We had an incredible time playing The Stadium Tour in North America and we truly can’t wait to continue taking the show around the globe with The WORLD Tour in 2023. Crüeheads get ready because we have a few amazing Australian dates set for you!” the band say.

These two bands really need no introduction. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees Def Leppard have been a force in rock music for over four decades, with the band amassing over 110 million album sales during that time.

Def Leppard’s live shows have also become widely renowned, with many hailing them as the world’s greatest live rock band.

Mötley Crüe, meanwhile, have been just as successful as their co-headliners. The heavy LA band have  22 top 40 mainstream rock hits, three Grammy nominations, a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and even a hit Netflix film to their name.

The band have sold out numerous tours across the world, attracting fans with their intense energy and groundbreaking productions.
