Lime Cordiale have revealed their third album, Enough of the Sweet Talk, set to drop on July 26th.
“Enough of the Sweet Talk is structured as though it’s taking us through the course of a relationship in chronological order,” the band explain. “The innocent early days, the learning, the love, the doubt, the conflict and the realisation of loss.”
Accompanying this announcement is the release of a catchy and playful new single, titled “Cold Treatment.”
The accompanying music video, directed by Jack Shepherd, features the Leimbach brothers suited up and strolling around the streets of Tokyo. You can watch it below.
The album will include previously released singles “The Big Reveal”, “Ou L’Hypocrite”, “Pedestal”, “Imposter Syndrome”, “Colin”, “Country Club”, and “Facts of Life”, as well as six new tracks.
The album announcement comes alongside news of a headline tour by Lime Cordiale across Australia and New Zealand with some very special guests indeed.
After much online teasers, Ball Park Music are confirmed to join the Leimbach brothers at all their Australian dates this October, before Lime Cordiale take their tour to Dunedin, Christchurch, Wellington, and Auckland in New Zealand (see full dates below).
The band won the Readers’ Choice Award at the 2023 Shure Rolling Stone Australia Awards.
