LANY will return to Australia in May 2022 for a national tour in support of their fourth album gg bb xx.
The band will kick off the proceedings on Friday, May 2oth with a show at HBF Stadium in Perth, before heading to Thebarton Theatre in Adelaide on Sunday, May 22nd, Hordern Pavilion in Sydney on Wednesday, May 25th, Margaret Court Arena on Friday, May 27th, and finally, Fortitude Music Hall in Brisbane on Sunday, May 29th.
LANY’s fourth album, gg bb xx, found them finding magic in what principal songwriter, frontman and producer Paul Klein calls “micro-moments.” The band collaborated with several eclectic producers and sonwriters, including Andrew Goldstein (Maroon 5, Katy Perry, Lauv), John Ryan (Shawn Mendes, Charlie Puth, Harry Styles), David Hodges (Ed Sheeran, 5SOS, Blink 182), Tobias Jesso Jr. (Adele, Sia, HAIM), and Dan Smyers of Dan + Shay.
The band has enlisted the ranks of Boston-born singer Sasha Alex Sloane, in what will be her first-ever shows in Australia and New Zealand.
Presale tickets for all shows will be available from 9am local on Thursday, December 9th, with general public tickets on sale from 9am, Friday, December 10th.
