Capping off a whirlwind 2023, Teenage Dads were crowned with the Michael Gudinski Breakthrough Artist ARIA Award, a milestone underscoring their explosive impact on the music scene.

From the Mornington Peninsula to global stages, the four friends dominated with over 94 shows across three continents last year, including sold-out headline tours in Australia and their debut on the Amphitheatre stage at Splendour In The Grass.

Their Midnight Driving EP, released in March 2023, saw fans latch on to earworm tracks like “Teddy” and “Hey, Diego!”.

Having toured with label mates Lime Cordiale across the UK, EU, and the US — and as Rolling Stone AU/NZ’s secret headliner at SXSW Sydney — Teenage Dads are set to continue their ascent.

2023 was a milestone year for the dynamic band of four brothers, Coterie.

Crowned as the Best New Artist at the Panhead Rolling Stone Aotearoa Awards and gaining international exposure while touring the UK with Lime Cordiale, the Perth-based group’s 2023 was bathed in career sign-post moments.

With the announcement of their extensive Lush Leopard Regional Summer Tour, encompassing 22 shows in Australia and Aotearoa, Coterie is poised to make 2024 their breakthrough year.

Expect them to light up global stages their infectious singles like “Honey Dance With Me”, the reimagined “Slice of Heaven” with Sir Dave Dobbyn, new summer anthem “Paradise”, and a bunch of currently unreleased future hits.

TikTok sensation turned Australia’s own confessional pop pixie is swiftly ascending as a music industry force.

With over 2.2 million TikTok followers and a knack for viral hits, we’ve seen Peach PRC‘s ARIA Gold-certified singles “Josh” and “God is a Freak” become more than songs, with each soundtracking over 10,000 videos on TikTok.

Her debut EP, Manic Dream Pixie, debuted at #1 last May, and her first-ever headline tour in Australia sold out.

Peach PRC’s unique blend of catchy tunes and fan connection — plus her interpolation of Paris Hilton’s “Stars Are Blind” on “Perfect For You” — places her as a local talent shaping the future of pop music.

Brad Cox

Born in Jindabyne and raised on country and rock greats, Brad Cox has swiftly become a fan favourite since his eponymous debut in 2018.

Early singles like “Red Light” and “Too Drunk to Drive” showcased his talent for catchy melodies and helped him earn two Golden Guitar nominations.

Cox’s 2020-released second album, My Mind’s Projection, was a defining moment, soaring to the top of the ARIA Australian Country Album Charts.

2023 saw Brad Cox take things up a notch. His album Acres took the top spot on the ARIA Country chart, and #7 on the Albums chart, proving his versatility and powerful fanbase.

Thanks to an exclusive Apple Music Radio show, multiple ARIA Award nominations, and a 2023 tour which drew fans in to his storytelling, authenticity, and rock ‘n’ roll live show, Brad Cox’s rise is a narrative of more than just commercial success. It’s a journey of a musician deeply connected to his roots, his land, and his fans.
