Acclaimed singer-songwriter Tim Finn has announced two exclusive Australian shows, exploring a catalogue of classic songs from across all eras of his career including Split Enz and Crowded House.
The New Zealand artist will play Anita’s Theatre in Thirroul on July 4th, before taking on Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on August 29th, for ‘A Finn Night Out’, following a run of shows with Split Enz in May.
He has assembled an all-star band and constructed a set list that is likely to include such hits as “I Hope I Never” and “Poor Boy”, to “Made My Day”, “Fraction Too Much Friction”, “It’s Only Natural”, and many more. Finn is inviting audiences to share in an intimate night of beloved songs, exceptional musicianship and good vibes.
“Following what will be a memorable run of shows with Split Enz, I’m excited to be returning to these two iconic theatres, playing songs from across my career. Looking forward to seeing everyone,” he said of the shows.
Tickets will go on sale at 10am (local) on Monday, February 23rd. Venue and ticket outlet presales will commence at 10am (local) on Thursday, February 19th – see here for details.
Joining him across the two exclusive dates is emerging Australian female artist Betty.

Always writing, always composing, always refining songs and performing live, Finn’s ‘Lives & Times’ shows were a runaway success and last year, he marked the 40th anniversary of his breakthrough solo album Escapade with a series of compelling dates along the East Coast and a digital/physical album reissue.
Before his NSW shows, Finn will hit the road with Split Enz, reuniting for a brief Australia and New Zealand arena tour. He’s also set to play at Big Red Bash and Mundi Mundi, while also working on theatrical productions, side projects, and film scores.
