Following his performance, Holiday — better known as Adam Hyde — picked up the Best Video gong for “Dancing2”.

It’s been a wild year for Holiday, real name Adam Hyde. With sold-out shows in Sydney and Melbourne, a spot on Like A Version, recording his second album Capital Fiction and announcing an Australian tour to support it — he’s earned a day off after his performance this evening.

Set for release on February 6th, Holiday said his forthcoming second album “feels like the first Keli Holiday offering that is true to who I am.”

“It explores themes of longing for more, finding love in a crowded room, and the union of sex. I have spent the majority of my days since the birth of Keli Holiday focusing on what I want to say, how I want to say it, and what I want it to sound like. Capital Fiction captures the essence of who Keli Holiday truly is,” he added.

The album will feature, of course, “Dancing2”, the mammoth hit that topped the ARIA Australian Singles Chart, hit No. 1 on the Spotify Viral Chart in Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland, and went viral on TikTok.

Holiday’s 2026 tour kicks off in Sydney on March 6th before rolling through Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. Holiday set the tone best himself, saying “the live show is where I really get my kicks.”

“People finding my music on the internet is cool, but there’s no better feeling than giving it to them face to face, sweat to sweat, cheek to cheek. It’s called a show for a reason. It’s my duty to put on a show and get them loose and sweaty,” he added.
