Fresh off the release of their excellent fourth album, Surrender, RÜFÜS DU SOL are doing their bit for Aus Music Month by live streaming a special performance from the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheater tonight.
The Australian music industry has endured an incredibly tough 18-months due to COVID-19 and ongoing lockdowns so it’s important to support local talent more than ever this Aus Music Month.
"We’ve planned four different tours of Australia and New Zealand since 2019 and haven’t been able to announce any of them," the group said in a statement.
Releasing their long-awaited fourth album, RÜFÜS DU SOL give listeners an in-depth look at each of the tracks on their latest effort.
Releasing fourth album 'Surrender' following almost two years on hold, RÜFÜS DU SOL return with a cathartic record that is an evolution in terms of music and their own personal relationships.
Following on from recent singles "Alive" and "Next to Me", the announcement of Surrender comes paired with the anguish of new single "On My Knees".
Teaming up with renowned director James Frost, the visual for 'Alive' was created entirely with the use of Epic Games’ Unreal Engine.
The second single from the group in a month, "Next to Me" comes paired with an A.I.-created video which needs to be seen to be believed.
Sharing their first piece of new music since 2018's Grammy-nominated Solace, "Alive" is RÜFÜS DU SOL at their most pure.
