New Zealand legend Scribe made a surprise appearance at BIGSOUND on Wednesday night, coming out on stage with Indigenous hip hop group, 3%.
The trio, who won the Best New Artist category at the 2025 Rolling Stone Australia Awards, hit the stage at Brisbane’s Crowbar at midnight, delivering a blistering set that even included some new music.
Before closing out the performance, 3% welcomed Scribe to the stage, who has teamed up for a remix of his three-time Platinum single “Not Many,” which will be used as the official theme song of Fox Sport’s 2026 NRL finals series. It will debut during the final round of the regular season this weekend.
Nooky teased that if it were his call, they would be performing the song at this year’s grand final.
“I’m manifesting,” he said.
