Vacations have announced a run of Australian headline shows in support of their new album.

The indie rock band will be making stops in Victoria, Queensland, and New South Wales to celebrate their third studio album, No Place Like Home (see full dates below).

Before their Australian dates, Vacations will also play headline shows across the UK and Europe, followed by a trip to North America after their local performances.

“No Place Like Home has been a massive labour of love for us over the past three years. We’ve shared tears, hugs and a lot of laughter during the making of this bad boy and now I am beyond excited for us to finally be able to bring these songs to you for the NPLH World Tour,” says Vacations drummer, Joey Van Lier.

“From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting our silly little band on this huge journey. You mean more to us than you could possibly know, and sharing these concerts together will be so incredibly special. See y’all on the road xx.”

Vacations’s tour news comes after they were revealed as one of the nominees for the Global Award at the upcoming 2024 Shure Rolling Stone Australia Awards. This special award recognises the achievements of Australian artists on the world stage, and Vacations are nominated alongside such esteemed artists as Kylie Minogue, Troye Sivan, The Teskey Brothers, Dom Dolla, and more.

The Newcastle-bred band have racked up over 1.5 billion streams worldwide, with performances on Jimmy Kimmel, The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, and CBS Saturday Morning.
