Tom Scott is going on a short but sweet tour of Aotearoa.
Announced today, the seasoned musician will bring his ‘self untitled’ tour to Kirikiriroa Hamilton and Pōneke Wellington this May (see full dates below).
Tickets to the shows go on sale to the general public on Friday, March 6th at 12pm local time. The Live Nation pre-sale begins on Thursday, March 5th at 12pm, while the Westpac Mastercard pre-sale begins on Wednesday, March 4th at 12pm local time.
Scott is touring in support of most recent album, the acclaimed ANITYA, which dropped last year.
ANITYA reached No. 17 on our countdown of the Best New Zealand Albums of 2025.
“Tom Scott is a Rolling Stone AU/NZ favourite, regularly appearing in our lists for his Avantdale Bowling Club and Home Brew projects, so a solo album from the relentless musician was always going to attract our attention,” we wrote.
“ANITYA is exactly how one should begin a new sonic chapter: fans of Scott’s other projects will find plenty to like here, but he crucially pushes his sound in fascinating directions.

“The memorable hooks and lyrics are still present, of course, but ANITYA is a more expansive collection, journeying through smooth R&B, downtempo jazz, neo-soul, and whichever other genres Scott fancied trying.”
Earlier this week, ANITYA earned Scott a nomination for the 2026 Taite Music Prize, for which he’s up against the likes of Dick Move, Marlon Williams, Ringlets, and more outstanding Aotearoa acts.
Before his tour begins in earnest, Scott will drop a b-side album, Demos and Voice Memos, this Friday (March 6th), featuring cuts that didn’t quite make ANITYA.
He’s set to perform a selection of these as part of his Wellington and Auckland sets, alongside songs from his decade-plus career across Home Brew, Avantdale Bowling Club, @Peace, and many more projects.
