ARIA Chart-topping producer SWIM has announced a one-night-only show in Australia, where he will be accompanied by a live orchestra.

Returning home on Friday, June 5th for the show at the Sydney Opera House’s Concert Hall, the performance marks a bold new chapter for the compelling emerging electronic artists. He will pair his emotive electronica with sweeping orchestral accompaniment, presenting his catalogue in a way audiences have never heard before.

Tickets will go on sale at 10am (local) on Friday, March 6th. Live Nation members can access a presale, kicking off at 9am (local) on Thursday, March 5th – see here for details.

“It’s a huge honour to be performing at the Sydney Opera House and seriously something I could’ve never imagined growing up in Australia,” SWIM, real name Hamish Lafevre, said. “Getting to bring my music to life and perform live alongside a string orchestra is a show I’ve always dreamt of doing.”

In just four years, SWIM has risen become a defining voice in the new wave of dance music. With more than 50 releases to his name and extensive tours across Europe, the UK and the US, he has cemented his reputation as a breakout star.

In November, SWIM released his second album Dear Friend. The self-produced 12-track album, born from a London winter, features the single “Run Away”, blending cinematic soundscapes with house and garage influences.
