South Korean girl group STAYC are heading to Australia and New Zealand for the first time as part of their upcoming world tour, ‘STAY TUNED’, with shows lined up in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Auckland this July.
Produced by Live Nation, the tour will kick off with back-to-back dates in Seoul on April 12th and 13th, before heading through Asia and into Australia and New Zealand.
STAYC will perform at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion on July 3rd, Melbourne’s Festival Hall on July 5th, Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall on July 8th, and Spark Arena in Auckland on July 11th.
Formed under High Up Entertainment in 2020, STAYC — an acronym for Star To A Young Culture — have quickly become one of the most exciting acts in K-pop’s fourth generation. The six-member group, made up of Sumin, Sieun, ISA, Seeun, Yoon and J, broke out with early singles like “ASAP” and “STEREOTYPE” before landing a major hit with 2023’s “Teddy Bear,” which climbed to No. 5 on the Billboard Korea chart and became a fan favourite around the world.
In July 2024, the group released their debut full-length album Metamorphic, a confident and genre-blurring project that made it onto Spotify’s Top Albums Debut charts in the US.
‘STAY TUNED’ marks the group’s second world tour, and includes their first-ever shows in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, and Japan. Tickets for the Australia and New Zealand dates go on sale from 12pm local time on Monday, March 31st.
With a new album also on the way in 2025, the tour marks the next big chapter in STAYC’s fast-moving career — and Aussie fans will finally get to see what the hype’s about live.
