US hard rock veterans Sevendust are heading back Down Under next year, for their first Australian tour in nearly a decade.
The band will return in February for four headline shows, kicking off at Perth’s Astor Theatre on February 15th, before stops in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne. See full dates below.
Tickets will go on sale at 11am on Wednesday, November 11th, following a promoter presale from 11am on Monday, November 9th, and venue presales from 11am on Tuesday, November 10th. All times are local. See here for details.
The tour comes in support of their 15th studio album, ONE, which arrived earlier this year. The record marks the latest chapter in a career spanning more than three decades, with the band continuing to build on their signature blend of heavy riffs, groove-driven rhythms, and melodic vocals.
Formed in 1994, Sevendust have become one of hard rock’s most enduring acts, selling nearly eight million albums worldwide and earning three Top 15 debuts on the Billboard 200. They also received a Grammy nomination for Best Metal Performance and have collaborated with artists across the rock and hip-hop worlds, including members of Deftones, Creed, and Periphery.
Joining them for the Australian run will be Brisbane’s Caligula’s Horse, who have established themselves as a prominent force in progressive metal across six studio albums. Known for their intricate arrangements and expansive sound, the quartet have toured internationally alongside the likes of Devin Townsend and Opeth, and will bring their own catalogue of progressive metal to all four dates.
