San Cisco Share New Single “Reasons” Ahead of Upcoming EP and World Tour

It seems San Cisco are in for a busy year, with a new single, EP, world tour, and album all on the schedule for the coming months.

San Cisco are gearing up for a massive year, sharing their latest single “Reasons”, and announcing not only a new EP, but an extensive world tour as well.

For close to a decade now, it’s been difficult to find any member of San Cisco engaging in some well-earned downtime. With new tunes being churned out like clockwork, and an apparent magnetic attraction to live stages all over, the group are the very definition of hard-workers.

Having shared “Skin” as their most recent single in 2019, San Cisco apparently had plenty up their sleeve, announcing the release of “Reasons” earlier today.

Premiering last night on triple j, the track is groove-heavy, hook-laden indie-rock number that showcases the group at their very best.

“This song is about letting the person you love know that you feel their pain and it is ok to be vulnerable,” explains Jordi Davieson. “We make mistakes all the time but we can heal these fractures in our relationships with communication and trust. The sentiment is not about dismissing the pain but more about sharing it.”

Backed by Freya Esders-directed clip, “Reasons” serves as the latest taster of the group’s upcoming EP, Flaws, which is due to be released on March 27th, and is set to precede their fourth studio album before its release later in the year.

Coming just days after the group joined the Groovin The Moo lineup, San Cisco have made sure their passports are well and truly up to date, announcing not only a run of Australian headline dates for April and May, but a run of UK, Europe, and North American dates which will keep them busy until July.
