PRESIDENT have announced their first Australian headline tour, with the enigmatic UK collective set to return for five shows in February 2027.
The tour will kick off at Metropolis Fremantle on Friday, February 19th, before heading to Adelaide, Melbourne and Brisbane and wrapping up at Sydney’s Roundhouse on Saturday, February 27th.
The announcement comes as PRESIDENT prepare to release their debut album, BLOOD OF YOUR EMPIRE, on September 4th, marking another major step in what has been a remarkably rapid rise for the mysterious outfit.
Emerging in 2025 with little explanation and even less interest in revealing the identities behind the project, PRESIDENT have instead allowed their music and increasingly theatrical live performances to do much of the talking.
Blurring heavy music with electronic textures and a cinematic sense of scale, the band have built a sizeable following while maintaining the anonymity and carefully constructed visual world that have surrounded them since their arrival.
Their Australian headline dates will follow a busy period on the road, including a sold-out US run supporting Bad Omens, while BLOOD OF YOUR EMPIRE will give fans their first full-length look at the project.
“Blood Of Your Empire was born out of my own struggle with existential crisis and trying to make sense of belief, mortality, and humanity’s relationship with faith,” PRESIDENT says. “Religion has inspired incredible compassion, purpose, and beauty in the world — but it has also been responsible for unimaginable suffering and bloodshed throughout history. This album lives in the tension between those two truths. Writing it became a way for me to confront the fear, confusion, and questions I’ve carried for years, and turn them into something I’m truly proud of.”

For Australian fans, the February run also represents the first opportunity to see PRESIDENT undertake a full headline tour of the country rather than fitting into someone else’s campaign. The band last toured Australia in December 2025 supporting Architects, where they performed one special headline show at Melbourne’s Stay Gold.
They’ll have some formidable local company this time.
Hands Like Houses have spent more than a decade establishing themselves as one of Australia’s most enduring alternative exports, with three Top 10 ARIA albums and hundreds of millions of streams to their name. The Canberra five-piece will support PRESIDENT in every city.
Artist album pre-sale tickets will be available from Wednesday, August 26th at 10am local time, while Mastercard and Live Nation pre-sales begin Thursday, August 27th at 10am.
General tickets go on sale Friday, August 28th at 11am local time via Live Nation.
