It’s a three-peat for Morgan Wallen on the ARIA Albums Chart.
The US country star locks up leadership for a third consecutive week with I’m The Problem (Universal), for the longest-stint at No. 1 by a country singer since Lee Kernaghan’s Spirit Of The Anzacs logged four weeks on top in 2015. The all-time leader in the genre, according to ARIA, is Shania Twain’s Come on Over, which spent an impressive 20 weeks at No. 1 back in 1999.
Wallen holds off a rebounding Taylor Swift, whose 2017 collection Reputation (Big Machine/Universal) blasts 34-2. Swift’s surge on the national chart follows the pop superstar’s acquisition of the master recordings for her first six albums. Although it misses the summit, Reputation did send two weeks there following its initial release, and it’s five-times platinum certified.
Sabrina Carpenter completes an all-American podium with Short N’ Sweet (Island/Universal), down 2-3.
The top new release on the latest chart, published Friday, June 6th, belongs to Miley Cyrus, as Something Beautiful (Columbia/Sony) starts at No. 4. Eight of Cyrus’s nine albums have landed in the top 20, ARIA reports, including three leaders: Breakout (2008), Bangerz (2013) and Endless Summer Vacation (2023). As Hannah Montana, she bagged another three top 20 LPs.
A reunited Cloud Control find themselves back in the top 20 with Bliss Release (Mushroom Music). The homegrown indie act’s debut release returns to the chart at No. 19, one spot higher than its original peak position. Cloud Control is currently on the road with its original lineup (Alister Wright, Heidi Lenffer, Ulrich Lenffer, and Jeremy Kelshaw) ending a seven-year break. Bliss Release won the Australian Music Prize and a brace of AIR Awards.
It’s one of two Australian albums on the chart. The other is Spacey Jane’s third studio set, If That Makes Sense, up 31-23 in its fourth week.

Over on the ARIA Singles Chart, Alex Warren makes it eleven-straight weeks at No. 1 with “Ordinary” (Atlantic/Warner). That feat draws level with seven other songs, although it’s well off the pace set by the all-time champ, Tones And I’s “Dance Monkey,” which held the top spot for 24 weeks. In the UK, Warren collects a 12th week at No. 1, establishing him as the US artist with the most consecutive weeks atop the Official Singles Chart.
Staying in Australia, Sombr continues to hold down positions 2 and 3 with “Undressed” and “Back to Friends” (both Warner), respectively, while Tate McRae drives to No. 5 on debut with “Just Keep Watching” (Atlantic/Warner), from the soundtrack to the new Brad Pitt vehicle F1. Co-written with OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder, “Just Keep Watching” is her 11th top 20 single in Australia.
