In this 3,500 word digital exclusive cover feature, Rolling Stone Australia spoke to Morgan Evans from his home in Nashville to discuss his life and career thus far, from a macro and micro level. Ranging from the anxiety and loneliness which cast a shadow over his move to Music City, to the string of luck and deserved success that followed, to his life with his dream girl – fellow country star Kelsea Ballerini – to his own Apple Music radio show and his future plans, the in-depth chat sparked an honest depiction of life, love, and loss.

Notably, following initial guidance from Sydney-based photographer Ken Leanfore, Ballerini did the entire feature’s photo shoot. She captured her husband on an iPhone 12 Pro Max at multiple locations in Nashville, including at their new home and the world renowned Ryman Auditorium music venue, which is also referred to as the “Mother Church of Country Music.”

The Morgan Evans digital exclusive cover feature arrives Tuesday, December 15th, for all readers of Rolling Stone Australia. An added extra for Rolling Stone’s digital readers will see the website publish an exclusive interview with Kelsea Ballerini, where the multi-award winning artist details the experience of taking on the cover photoshoot of her husband.
