Australian pop icon Kylie Minogue is set to feature on The Blessed Madonna’s highly anticipated debut album, Godspeed, slated for release on October 11th.

The Blessed Madonna, aka Marea Stamper, known for her hit remix of Dua Lipa’s “Levitating” and her groundbreaking single “He Is the Voice I Hear”, is making her mark with this 24-track album that brings together a diverse lineup of artists.

Among the standout tracks on Godspeed is “Edge of Saturday Night”, featuring the unmistakable vocals of the Impossible Princess herself, Kylie Minogue. The track is a dance-pop anthem that pairs Kylie’s vocals with The Blessed Madonna’s cutting-edge production.

The track only recently debuted during The Blessed Madonna’s DJ set at Ibiza’s legendary Circoloco nightclub, giving fans a first taste of what promises to be one of the standout songs on the album.

On Instagram, Marea shared: “This song is about edges. I started this song when we were on the edge of lockdown, writing lyrics on the edge of being a new person, on the edge of levelling up as a producer. The song went on a journey but finally found its edge when Kylie came into my life and breathed an energy into Edge, and into me. So here we are together, Marge and Kiki.”

The collaboration marks yet another exciting chapter for Kylie, who recently released her highly anticipated single “My Oh My”, featuring pop powerhouses Bebe Rexha and Tove Lo.

Along with Kylie, The Blessed Madonna’s album will also feature British singer-songwriter Joy Crookes, who makes an appearance on the track “Lost in Translation”. the album will also star the likes of A-Trak, Jamie Principle and more.

Godspeed, is a deeply personal project reflecting both joy and loss for The Blessed Madonna. After nearly a year in lockdown, she began working on the album, only to experience the sudden loss of her father just weeks before recording. She reflected in an emotional social media post, “His voice will live in Godspeed forever and make a million more journeys to everyone who hears it.”

“This is Godspeed. This is your chance. Now do your dance,” she added.

Godspeed will feature previously released singles like “Mercy” (ft. Jacob Lusk), “Serotonin Moonbeams”, “Happier” (ft. Clementine Douglas), and “Count On My Love” (ft. Daniel Wilson and Kon).

The Blessed Madonna will also soon be heading to Australian shores to perform at Listen Out 2024, joining international acts such as John Summit, 21 Savage, Folamour and Skepta.

Godspeed is set to drop on October 11th.
