Justice are closing out their colossal Hyperdrama world tour with a trio of east coast arena shows this December — and they’ve announced some serious support for the Australian leg.

Tame Impala will perform a DJ set, and Ed Banger legend Busy P will join the French electronic duo for their only Australian dates of the year.

Presented by TEG Live, the Australian shows kick off at Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena on Tuesday, December 3rd, heads to Melbourne’s John Cain Arena on Friday, December 5th, and wraps at Brisbane Entertainment Centre on Sunday, December 7th. Tickets are on sale now via Ticketek.

Justice (Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay) are riding high off the success of Hyperdrama, their first studio album in eight years, which topped the US Dance/Electronic Albums chart and scored a nomination at the 2025 Grammys. The duo took home the award for Best Dance/Electronic Recording for “Neverender”, featuring Tame Impala’s Kevin Parker — though their creative relationship stretches back much further than that.

“We found out about Tame Impala in the late 2000s,” de Rosnay told Rolling Stone AU/NZ recently. “When we were coming to Australia, we used to hang with the people at Modular.” A pre-release copy of “Elephant” landed in their inboxes ahead of Lonerism’s 2012 release, with an offer to remix the track. “Without exaggeration, we were blown away,” said Augé. “It was such a perfect track that we told the label, ‘Sorry we can’t do this, we’re only going to make it worse.’”

A plan was quietly forming. “From that moment, we thought, ‘OK, there’s something here for us that would make a natural match for our music,’” Augé said. “We were just waiting for the right moment and the right songs.” That moment arrived with “Neverender” and “One Night/All Night,” both of which appear on Hyperdrama and showcase Parker’s unmistakable vocals.

For Parker, who hasn’t performed a multi-date DJ tour on home soil before, the run marks a rare and highly anticipated return to Australian stages. His presence adds a dreamlike psych-pop sheen to Justice’s gritty electro edge, making for a uniquely cross-continental collaboration.

Joining them is Busy P, aka Pedro Winter; founder of Ed Banger Records and former Daft Punk manager, whose long-standing creative bond with Justice and legendary DJ chops bring another layer of credibility and chaos to the lineup.

“We’re excited to close this 21-month tour in Australia,” said Justice in a statement. “With a little help from our friends Tame Impala and Busy P.”

The shows follow Justice’s much-hyped comeback at Coachella 2024, where they debuted their new live show to a packed crowd and rave reviews. The accompanying tour picked up an honorary prize at the NRJ Awards, and their recent collab with The Weeknd, “Wake Me Up”, is already pushing 60 million streams on Spotify.
