Halsey will celebrate the 10th anniversary of her debut album Badlands with a new reissue project featuring previously unreleased demos and other rarities.

Badlands: Anthology is set to arrive Aug. 29 as a triple-disc vinyl set. It’ll include the original breakthrough album, orchestral versions of several songs, and demos of tracks like “Drive,” “Ghost,” “Hurricane,” and “Trouble.”

Among the rarities are “You(th),” a song previously released on an old Badlands box set, and “Garden,” which Halsey only made available on a CD shared with fans on her 2016 European tour. A few tracks from Halsey’s 2014 debut EP, Room 93, will also be included, as will remixes by Arty, Lost Kings, and Sander Kleinenberg.

“I can’t believe it’s been 10 years,” Halsey said in a statement. “So much has happened in the last decade, but Badlands remains the most exciting musical journey of my life. I have so many unbelievable things planned for this month to celebrate the album that changed my life and introduced me to the fans I’ll love forever. This is just the beginning.”

Along with Badlands: Anthology, Halsey will release drop Badlands — Live From Webster Hall as a double-LP vinyl set. This marks the first physical release for Halsey’s first live album, which was originally released to streaming services in August 2020. The LP captures a sold-out concert that Halsey performed at Webster Hall in New York City on May 8, 2019.

The Badlands 10th anniversary slate also includes a new “reimagined and rearranged” version of the album that now includes “Gasoline” and “Hurricane” (two tracks originally released on the album’s deluxe edition). And there’ll be a two-CD set that includes a mixture of the orchestral versions, demos, rarities, and remixes featured on the Anthology vinyl edition.

Halsey recently wrapped her “For My Last Trick Tour,” which she embarked on in support of her 2024 album, The Great Impersonator. In February, before kicking off the trek, Halsey dropped a new single, “Safeword.” And in June, near the end of the tour, at a show in Salt Lake City, Halsey debuted a new song live, “Carry the Weight.”
