Indie rock band Geese debuted on Saturday Night Live with two tracks from their latest album, Getting Killed.

The foursome — joined by their touring keyboardist Sam Revaz — opened with “Au Pays du Cocaine” (In the Land of Cocaine), the eighth song on their 11-track album, which came out in September.

The Brooklyn-based band’s follow-up to 2021’s Projector and 3D Country two years later, Getting Killed was a chore to make.

“I was unhappy until the last possible moment,” frontman Cameron Winter, 23, told Rolling Stone last August. “Maybe even still. The whole process — maybe this is just how we make albums — but it’s all kind of a waking nightmare until it’s mastered.”

Guitarist Emily Green agreed: “It does feel like a brute-force effort until the very end.”

The album, recorded last January in Los Angeles, reached the top spot on the U.K. Independent Albums Chart, and it is ranked fifth on Rolling Stone‘s list of the 100 Best Albums of 2025.

Geese’s second song of the night was opening track “Trinidad.”
