Earth Tongue will embark on a homecoming tour next year.
Announced today, the Berlin-based fuzz-rock duo will return to New Zealand to play shows in Kerikeri, Auckland, Hamilton, Dunedin, Christchurch, and Wellington in February 2026 (see full dates below).
The first show of the upcoming tour will coincide with the release of Earth Tongue’s third album Dungeon Vision, set for release on February 13th via In the Red Records.
Guitarist Gussie Larkin and drummer Ezra Simons spent the Berlin winter of 2025 refining the album’s twelve tracks in their self-described “windowless cave” rehearsal space. They then flew to Los Angeles to finalise the record, where they worked alongside garage king ty Ty Segall to record and mix Dungeon Vision in just ten days at Altamira Sound.
“Ty’s been a big driving force,” Simons said. “We supported him in New Zealand back in 2023, and he’s backed us ever since even bringing us on tour through Europe and the UK in 2024.”
Earth Tongue’s forthcoming album features latest single and title track “Dungeon Vision”, the first song written for the album. Watch the accompanying music video below.

Dungeon Vision will follow the band’s previous album Great Haunting, which was included in our 80 Best New Zealand Albums of the 2020s So Far list.
“The fuzz-rock duo create an unrelenting racket from start to finish on their second album, a record that perfectly announced their arrival on the LA-based label In the Red Records,” we wrote.
“It’s blistering rock ‘n’ roll that has unsurprisingly won Earth Tongue key support slots for Ty Segall and Queens of the Stone Age, legions of fans around Europe, and a cult following back home.”
Earth Tongue’s Dungeon Vision is out February 13th, 2026, via In the Red Records.
