Queenstown’s winter festival Snow Machine has unveiled its second artist announcement for 2025.
Running from September 9–14th, the alpine event returns to The Remarkables and Coronet Peak with its signature blend of mountain stages, après-ski sets, and curated side parties.
Joining the already stacked lineup, which includes Claptone, Amyl and the Sniffers, Netsky, Mallrat, Luude, and Hot Dub Time Machine, is viral breakout CYRIL.
The Darwin-born producer (real name: Cyril Riley) made waves in 2023 with his rework of “Stumblin’ In”, a TikTok smash that earned two ARIA nominations and topped streaming charts around the world. In April, he followed it up with his first original release, “Tears Dry Tonight”, a collaboration with UK hitmaker James Blunt.
Also added to the bill are a host of DJ and electronic acts including Toronto’s HNTR , Ciz, Brad Sassman, DJ Piero, Henry Who, Krissy Jaman, Oslo, Saskia, Sinclair, Slimberly, and The Journey.
Snow Machine kicks off with two official events: the Bungy Welcome Party at AJ Hackett Bungy Kawarau Bridge, featuring DJ sets and optional bungy jumps, and the Canyon Kick Off Party at Canyon Brewing, combining Shotover Jet rides with live music and drinks. Both events run from 4pm and offer a mix of adventure and entertainment to start the week.
