Courtney Barnett is bringing her new album to Aotearoa New Zealand.
The Melbourne singer-songwriter will play shows in Kirikiriroa Hamilton, Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, Ōtautahi Christchurch, and Pōneke Wellington this November (see full dates below).
Barnett previously announced an Australian tour which will take her to Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney in the same month as her Aotearoa visit, including a date at the iconic Sydney Opera House Concert Hall. Barnett will embark on her homecoming run in the wake of extensive UK and North American dates.
Tickets to her Aotearoa tour go on sale to the general public on Friday, April 17th at 12pm local time. The Live Nation -pre-sale begins on Thursday, April 16th at 11am local time.
Barnett recently released her new album Creature of Habit, written in the wake of a relocation from Australia to Los Angeles and the closure of her long-running label Milk! Records. Barnett was grappling with changes that put the future of both her life and career in question while making the record.
Creature of Habit has received positive reviews from critics.
