Chaos in the CBD is gearing up for a long-awaited homecoming.
The electronic duo, consisting of brothers Louis and Ben ‘Beans’ Helliker-Hales from the North Shore, is making a return after more than a decade in London’s dance scene, solidifying their status as high-flying exports.
Known for their distinct mellow house music, rigorous DJ touring, and the establishment of their label, In Dust We Trust, with fellow Kiwi Jon Sable, Chaos in the CBD is heading back to where it all began.
They’ll be taking over The Powerstation for an all-night set in March, promising their trademark wide-ranging, hard-hitting extended DJ experience for Auckland once again.
For those attending, the advice is clear: arrive early, stay late. Chaos drops a few cryptic instructions on their Instagram: “weeewooooo! weeeeewooooo! sound the alarms! beans and lil louis are coming home to where it all began!
