Castaway Festival will return for its 2026/27 run with Hilltop Hoods, Violent Soho and Amy Shark leading a seven-act all-Australian lineup.
The festival will take over Whitfords Nodes Park in Hillarys, WA, on Saturday, November 21st, before heading to Mornington Racecourse in Victoria on Saturday, December 12th. The final date will take place in Wollongong, NSW on Saturday, March 20th 2027.
Joining the three headliners across the festival run will be Playlunch, Trials, Lyric and Birdland, bringing together hip-hop, rock, pop and emerging Australian talent.
Hilltop Hoods arrive at Castaway following more than two decades are the forefront of Australian hip-hop. The Adelaide trio have collected multiple ARIA Awards and built a catalogue or releases that has established them as one of the country’s most enduring live acts.
They’ll be joined by Brisbane rock favourites Violent Soho, while ARIA Award-winning singer-songwriter Amy Shark will bring her catalogue of emotionally charged pop to the festival.
“I’m a huge fan of Hilltop Hoods and Violent Soho, I was more than happy to join the boys on the road,” Shark said. “I don’t think you could get a better lineup. Hip-hop, rock and pop — I can’t wait!”
Playlunch, meanwhile, will return to Australian festival stages fresh from overseas touring in the US, UK and Europe, where they have sold out multiple shows.

Tickets for Castaway Festival go on sale to the general public at 12pm local time on Friday, August 28th.
Artist and Telstra Plus pre-sales will begin at 11am local time on Wednesday, August 26th. The Telstra Plus pre-sale runs until 11am Thursday, August 27th, while the artist pre-sale remains open until Friday, August 28th. A Face to Face pre-sale will also run from 12pm Thursday, August 27th until 11am Friday.
