BENEE has added a headline show on the Coromandel Peninsula to her summer plans, announcing a one-off performance at Coroglen Tavern this December.
The New Zealand-born, Los Angeles-based artist will take the stage on Monday, December 28th, with support from Day We Ran and There’s A Tuesday. The show comes ahead of her appearance at Rhythm & Vines 2026.
The summer date follows an international touring run for BENEE, whose career has taken her from the viral success of “Supalonely” to stages alongside Olivia Rodrigo, Tate McRae and Wallows.
Her 2020 debut album, Hey u x, brought together collaborators including Grimes, Lily Allen, Flo Milli and Gus Dapperton. Subsequent releases have included “Green Honda” and the Mallrat collaboration “Do It Again”, the official song of the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup. Her second album, Ur an Angel I’m Just Particles, is out now.
Joining her at Coroglen are Day We Ran, the alternative rock trio of brothers originally from Auckland and now based in New South Wales. The band released their debut EP, Naked At Your Door, in July, building on the success of debut single “Foaming”, which also featured in Netflix series Outer Banks.
Their touring schedule has included support slots for Sam Fender and The Kooks, a sold-out Australian and New Zealand headline tour earlier this year, and appearances at Lollapalooza, Reading & Leeds and Outside Lands.
Completing the bill are Ōtautahi indie rock four-piece There’s A Tuesday. Fronted by high school best friends Minnie Robberds and Nat Hutton, alongside drummer Gus Murray and bassist Joel Becker, the band have previously supported BENEE, as well as Conan Gray, Julia Jacklin, Spacey Jane and The Beths.
