US singer Allen Stone is set to ensure the Rolling Stone Australia launch party is a Bluesfest event to remember.

This year’s edition of Bluesfest has just become all the more exciting, with US soul singer Allen Stone set to host an exclusive karaoke party at the festival.

Across the Easter long weekend in April, music fans from all over the world are set to descend upon the Tyagarah Tea Tree Farm in Byron Bay for the 31st edition of Bluesfest, where artists as celebrated and varied as Dave Matthews Band, Crowded House, Patti Smith, Lenny Kravitz, and Alanis Morissette are all set to perform.

However, this year is also set to be a special one, with the newly re-launched version of Rolling Stone Australia set to host its official launch party at the event. Dubbed “Karaoke With The Stars”, the launch will see Bluesfest performers cruising the stage and singing karaoke with guests.

Now, the lineup has gotten even more exciting, with US soul and R&B singer Allen Stone set to host the karaoke event, with his Grammy-nominated pipes set to ensure the event is one to remember.

To attend this event, all you need to do is purchase a Rolling Stone VIP ticket at Bluesfest.

Included in the ticket is a number of special perks and highlights as well, including a backstage tour of Bluesfest, a side-of-stage experience, and access to a free charge station and cloak room. Additionally, VIP ticketholders will also receive an exclusive Rolling Stone x Bluesfest t-shirt, a special Rolling Stone VIP lanyard, and a 2020 subscription to the magazine as well.

Bluesfest Promoter Peter Noble called the partnering of an iconic festival and an iconic publication “a match made in heaven.”

“I’m so excited for Bluesfest to be partnering up with Rolling Stone and to be hosting their launch party at Bluesfest 2020,” Noble explained. “Rolling Stone is simply the most important music magazine in music… Period. Bluesfest is Australia’s most awarded music festival. They say some things are a match made in heaven… Come celebrate with us.”

Luke Girgis, CEO of The Brag Media, added: “We’re thrilled to be working with Peter Noble and his team at Bluesfest for what will be an incredible moment in Australian music history.”
