Sydney pop rockers 5 Seconds of Summer are on track for a massive homecoming, announcing the Australian leg of their No Shame 2020 Tour.

Ever since they first burst onto the scene back in 2011, 5 Seconds of Summer were always destined for great things. By the time their self-titled debut managed to top charts all around the world in 2014, it was clear that the outfit were nothing short of future stars. Add to this two further chart-topping records, and their status as a world-beating group is undeniable.

Early last year, the band returned with “Easier”, the first single from their upcoming record, Calm. Since then, the tunes have continued, with both “Teeth” and “No Shame” following in the months afterwards.

With news of a new record and a run of tour dates planned for Europe and the US, Australian fans had wondered just when the group might return home for their first tour of the country since 2018. Now, they’ve received their answer, with the No Shame 2020 Tour coming their way at the end of the year.

Kicking off in the Gold Coast on November 27, the four-piece will visit Brisbane, Perth, Newcastle, and Melbourne, the group will close out their Aussie trek with a special show at the Sydney Opera House Forecourt on December 5.

The group’s fourth album, Calm, is set to be released on March 27, and if history is anything to go by, looks set to give them their fourth number one on the ARIA charts. Tickets to their Australian tour go on sale from February 21, with full details available below.
