The Beths, TAWAZ, and Tom Scott were among the big winners at the 2024 Aotearoa Music Awards.
The awards returned tonight after a year-long hiatus to celebrate the best artists and music from around New Zealand.
At the ceremony at Auckland’s Viaduct Events Centre, The Beths won two awards, including Album of the Year for Expert in a Dying Field.
Tom Scott won awards for not one but two of his projects – Home Brew and Avantdale Bowling Club – while TAWAZ, Marlon Williams, and Princess Chelsea also earned memorable wins. Dame Hinewehi was inducted into the New Zealand Hall of Fame at the ceremony.
