Feid has been trying to get to Australia for years, and fans have been patiently waiting. Tonight, the wait is over.

The Medellín-born star will kick off the ‘Feid vs Ferxxo: Falxo Tour – El Mano a Mano Del Año’, in Melbourne tonight before moving to Sydney and Brisbane in the coming days.

Ahead of his first-ever headline shows in Australia, Feid sat down with Rolling Stone AU/NZ for an exclusive chat to talk all about the tour, his upcoming four-disc album, and what Australian fans can expect from the debut shows.

Rolling Stone AU/NZ: You’re finally heading our way — what took so long!?

Feid: I was trying to set up the perfect tour and bring the production of this to life exactly how I wanted it. It’s expensive to bring everything from my 2024 ‘Ferxxocalipsis’ tour to Australia, and I envisioned something special for this. That’s why we planned this smaller run with old songs, new songs, and a special setlist created specifically for Australia. I also wanted to bring the best type of show with a cool format, because it’s my first time performing for Latin fans and Australian fans. It will be dope.

It’s been a massive year for you for many different reasons. Halfway into 2026, what’s stood out for you?

At this specific moment, I’m very excited because I am finishing my next album, El Club de las 19 Flores. It’s been so special to work on this four-disc album, so I am pumped. Right now, my focus is on bringing the FALXO TOUR to Australia, Europe, and hopefully more cities in Mexico and Colombia, while continuing to drop music and build all the steps to get through my final disc.

Feid vs Ferxxo has been a hit with fans. It’s the first taste of a four-part album, and the first under your own record label. How do you feel about the EP now, a few months removed?

I’ve been happy, man. I feel so good. This is the most ambitious project I’ve done. We are working on a movie, getting into it with each song, and so much more. Now that Feid vs Ferxxo is out, we are promoting it with the FALXO TOUR and also connecting it with the second disc of the four-disc album, El Club de las 19 Flores. Also, with my own record label, Grabaciones Los Poderosos, we have been able to get creative with my project and its drop, which makes me extremely happy.

You’ve previously said this will be the best project you’ve ever released — what can you tell us about the upcoming releases?

I definitely think it will be the best because of the amount of detail that has gone into it. My goal has been to focus all my energy on reggaeton and rap music. I’m trying to connect those two worlds from my perspective — not necessarily mixing them, but allowing them to coexist naturally. We’ve been recording live instruments and working with musicians to create unique arrangements for each song. I think this is why it’s my best project, because I’ve been working on it since 2024 and have spent so much time preparing it to be exactly how I want it to be.

I can’t say too much about what’s coming next just yet, but this is only the beginning, and there are still more chapters of the project to come.

What’s been the biggest difference for you creatively on this project compared to your first releases back in 2017?

The biggest difference is the attention to detail, no matter how small or big. When you are starting out, you think you know how to listen to music, but as time passes, you start to gain experience and begin to hear things differently. You notice details that you never paid attention to before in your life. Even the songs that you’ve listened to for years can sound completely different once you start to hear them in a deeper way. Everything in my project is meant to be more curated, and it is meant to depict this very same feeling I’ve been describing.

Any messages you want to share with your Aussie fans? What can they expect at the live shows?

I’m excited to connect with my Australian people. To everyone coming to the shows — Australians, Colombians and people from across Latin America living there — thank you for your support. I’m bringing a little bit of everything to this, my Colombian culture, my reggaeton and lots of perreo prohibido. We are gonna have fun, we are gonna laugh, and we are gonna cry, but no matter what, we are gonna listen to El Ferxxo. I’m excited to see you, Australia!
