Ripshit – Crawling Chorus

Pōneke’s Ripshit, aka Rae McLean and Callum Lincoln, have dropped their second studio album, Crawling Chorus, packed with sci-fi rock gems like “Debugger” and “New Mexico”. Recorded and mixed by James Goldsmith, this sprawling sophomore effort comes with launch shows happening this month.

Aubrie Mitchell – “Just So Lame” 

Māori artist, songwriter, and producer Aubrie Mitchell is back with her latest single, “Just So Lame”—a witty, reflective track that hits all the right notes.

Sola Rose – “The Sun Doesn’t Shine” 

Sola Rose is giving us another taste of his upcoming EP with “The Sun Doesn’t Shine”, a collaboration with Auckland-based vocalist Joe Probert. Funk, soul, reggae, and electronic all collide here, with the EP New Tomorrows bringing in local legends like Julien Dyne, Finn Scholes, and Ben White, plus emerging talents like Melbourne’s Akosia and Joe Probert.

Sanoi – Loose Change EP

New Zealand producer Sanoi’s Loose Change EP is out now, packed with high-energy, dancefloor-ready tunes. This marks Sanoi’s first drop since 2023’s Echoes of Home and follows a massive year of stage time with The Chemical Brothers, Hybrid Minds, Barry Can’t Swim, and more.

Nadia Reid  – Enter Now Brightness

Nadia Reid’s fourth album Enter Now Brightness has arrived, led by standout singles “Hotel Santa Cruz”, the gentle “Baby Bright”, and the driving “Chained Unchained”. This new album, crafted with guitarist Sam Taylor and producer Tom Healy (Tiny Ruins, Marlon Williams), shows a shift from her folk roots into exciting new territory.

Taebz – “Fever Dream In Seoul” 

Taebz is pouring his heart into Fever Dream In Seoul, a delicate R&B love letter that’s as dreamy as the title suggests.

SODA BOYZ – Not Boyz Anymore

After three years of hard work, Aotearoa’s slowcore band SODA BOYZ’s second album has landed—currently in the middle of an eleven-date summer tour across Australia. “Not Boyz Anymore is woven into the band’s aging through trauma, memories, loss and coming to terms with transitioning”.
