Sydney-based rap artist Jamaica Moana has released a powerful new single, “GIVE INTO MY FEARS”, ahead of their debut EP BUD & DENI, due Friday, August 1st via Pointer Recordings. The track pairs raw, minimalist beats with lyrics about perseverance for QPOC artists from the West, with a launch show set for Saturday, September 6th at the Red Rattler in Sydney.

Zion Garcia – “FIGHTBACK”

Western Sydney rapper Zion Garcia is back with his explosive new single, “FIGHTBACK”. The track marks a bold new chapter for Garcia, blending heavy bass and punk-edged hip-hop with help from Aotearoa’s Church of Church & AP.

KAHUKX – SYD TO LDN

KAHUKX has released his new EP, SYD TO LDN, featuring a lineup of collaborations with UK artists including Backroad Gee, LeoStayTrill, RV and more. The project connects Sydney’s rising rap scene with London’s underground sound.

Australian LA-based singer-songwriter Jack Gray has dropped his new single “Dumb Sh*t“, a laidback ode to reckless youth.

Ella Ion – “Mess In Your Eyes / Vultures”

Kaurna Land/Adelaide artist Ella Ion has shared her new double single “Mess In Your Eyes / Vultures” via Our Golden Friend. She’s also announced her debut Australian tour and a slot at the UK’s Green Man Festival this August.

Lara Villani – ‘Make it Go Away” 

Lara Villani has released her new single “Make it Go Away”, the final taste of her upcoming debut EP Whiplash, due October 2025. On the track, Lara channels raw heartbreak into confessional pop, exploring the pain of holding onto a love that’s already gone.

Mouseatouille – “Harry and the Jets” 

Mouseatouille have dropped a new single, “Harry and the Jets”, blending orchestral detail with pop hooks as the first taste of their upcoming album DJ Set, out September 19th. The Melbourne nine-piece are known for shifting between delicate indie folk and explosive noise rock.

Harvey Sutherland – “Body Language”

Melbourne producer, DJ and instrumentalist Harvey Sutherland has a new album on the way. Titled Debt and out Friday, October 10th via his own label Clarity Recordings, the release is led by the new single “Body Language”, featuring Julian Hamilton from The Presets.

Ninajirachi – “Infohazard” 

Ninajirachi has released her new single “Infohazard” ahead of her debut album I Love My Computer, out August 8th via NLV Records. The song blends anchored chords with nostalgic reflections on growing up in the early internet age.
