Dope Lemon’s New Album Proves He Can Still Surprise Fans

Just when you think you know what you’re going to get from Dope Lemon, here comes ‘Golden Wolf’

Just when you think you know what you’re going to get from Dope Lemon, here comes Golden Wolf.

Less than a year after the last Angus & Julia Stone album and less than two since Kimosabè, Angus is back at it, delivering yet another solid record.

He admittedly delivers some of the familiar indie-folk sounds fans have grown to love like “John Belushi” and “On the 45”, but its tracks like “Yamasuki — Yama Yama” and “Maggie’s Moonshine” that see the songwriter throw up something different and exciting.

Golden Wolf is the perfect album for DOPE LEMON fans celebrating the past and taking a peek behind the curtain to see what could come next.
