The eighth album from Sydney hip-hop trio Bliss n Eso covers all bases: songs that channel Gang Starr (“Party on the Moon”) and Beastie Boys (“The Ultimate”) for the old-school heads, a track aimed at the TikTok generation (the summery “Vacation”, which samples the Dirty Heads’ viral hit of the same name), and plenty of chart-baiting pop hooks.
It may not win new fans, but the faithful will be duly rewarded.
