F1 fans, raise a glass. A limited edition 16-year-old Glenfiddich scotch has been released to toast the upcoming one-year anniversary of Glenfiddich’s long-term partnership with Aston Martin Formula One™ team.
The Glenfiddich 16-Year-Old is crafted from a carefully selected marriage of American oak wine casks, new American barrels, and second-fill bourbon casks. This meticulous blending process yields a whisky rich in character with distinct notes of maple syrup and caramelised ginger. A silky palate of fresh fruit salad and Chantilly cream builds to a smooth and bold finish, offering a precisely measured quality, not unlike the precision involved in operating the breakneck engineering of a Formula One car.
The Speyside distillery announced its long-term partnership with the Aston Martin Formula One™ Team back in November 2024 – a union of two brands known for their heritage, innovation, and pursuit of precision. The partnership launched at the Las Vegas Grand Prix, where Glenfiddich and Aston Martin celebrated their mutual love for mastery and design.
