Aziz Ansari has announced he will be bringing his ‘Hypothetical’ stand-up tour to Australia and New Zealand this year.
The Emmy Award-winning actor, comedian and director will head our way in September, with shows confirmed in Auckland, Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, marking his first visit in over seven years.
Widely known for his role as Tom Haverford in Parks and Recreation, Ansari has starred in a number of major films and TV shows, including his own Netflix series, Master of None, for which he won two Emmys and a Golden Globe.
Most recently, the 43-year-old star appeared on Saturday Night Live in a series of sketches as FBI director, Kash Patel. He is also scheduled to perform at Madison Square Garden ahead of his Australia and New Zealand trip to mark the 25th anniversary of 9/11, alongside a slew of fellow high-profile comedians, including Dave Chappelle, Bill Burr, Jon Stewart, Nikki Glaser and Pete Davidson.
