Prime Video’s hot new series Off Campus is absolutely popping off – and nobody is loving it more than the Australian artists featured in the soundtrack.
The series, which features Australian actor Josh Heuston as musician Justin Kohl, revolves around the fake-dating dynamic between aspiring music major Hannah Wells, who crushes on Heuston’s character, and star hockey player Garrett Graham as they help each other navigate college, personal trauma, and romance. An adaptation of Elle Kennedy’s Off Campus book series, the fake relationship evolves into a very real romance as the pair spend time together.
As Rolling Stone AU/NZ pointed out in a recent interview with Heuston, the show’s soundtrack heavily features Australian artists, from AC/DC, to The Kid LAROI, G Flip, George Alice, Jet, REDD. (who we’ve just named in our 2026 Future of Music list) and more.
He told us that once the decision was made to make his character Australian, the music influence had to follow. “Otherwise, it makes no sense for him to have the accent. Like, you’d have to be influenced if you’ve grown up in Australia long enough to have an accent,” he said. “…The music team was super like, ‘Fuck yeah, like more Australian music’.”

And it seems the artists are loving it as much as we are!
G Flip was among the first to celebrate the inclusion, reposting scenes from the show soundtracked by their song “Bed on Fire” across social media shortly after the series premiered.
“Will now be thinking of Hannah & Garrett’s sex scene every time I perform this song,” they joked online. “Thank you ‘Off Campus’. So many new people discovering my music from this show. I love writing/playing/producing it’s all I want to do in my life!”
‘Thanks for all the lovely messages about how this song boosts your mood,” G wrote.
@gflipmusic I can’t wait for the energy next time I perform this song ✨ thanks for all the lovely messages about how this song boosts your mood #offcampus #garrettgraham #concertvibes #musictherapy #aura ♬ Bed on Fire – G Flip
George Alice also celebrated her song “SOS” being in the show, posting to Instagram: “Absolutely freaking out… Thank you.”

In a reaction posted online, Future of Music 2026 artist REDD. said it was “so dope” and “so weird” hearing his song “Messy” appear in the show. “Just makes you feel so good,” he smiled.

Even veteran rockers Jet have now officially joined the conversation – albeit slightly accidentally. In a recent interview with The Fox’s Fifi, Fev & Nick, it was finally brought to Nic Cester’s attention that their hit “Are You Gonna Be My Girl” features in the popular series.
“Is it a good thing? Are we happy about that?,” he asked. “I’m finding out what I’m finding out right now.”
Off Campus is now streaming on Prime Video.
