Katseye are officially coming to Australia.
After teasing a trip on social media earlier in the week, the Grammy nominated global girl group have confirmed they are heading to our shores for an exclusive fan Q&A event in Sydney on May 6th, in support of their newly announced third EP, Wild. No further tour dates have been announced.
Out August 14th, Wild is the follow-up to the group’s 2025 EP Beautiful Chaos, which debuted in the Top 5 of the Billboard 200. Shaped by a defining two-year journey, Wild captures the feeling of a wild ride fueled by growth and transformation.
Moving beyond the beautiful chaos of their last chapter, Wild leans into something more euphoric and untamed. Rooted in self-discovery and self-determination, Katsete embrace every version of themselves, resulting in a project that feels open, boundless, and entirely their own.
Fans will have the chance to attend the exclusive event by pre-ordering the EP and entering here.

Formed by HYBE Corporation and Geffen Records (the teams behind K-pop juggernaut BTS) through Netflix’s Pop Star Academy: KATSEYE, Manon, Sophia, Daniela, Lara, Megan, and Yoonchae trained under the rigorous K-pop system before proving their star power to a global audience. Their debut EP, SIS (Soft is Strong), delivered “Touch”, the TikTok-fuelled hit that turned casual listeners into a devoted fandom, the EYEKONS.
Katseye have not yet toured Australia. While they expressed a strong desire to visit in late 2025, their 2025 ‘Beautiful Chaos Tour’ focused on North America. “We cannot wait to perform in Australia one day,” Sophia said in an interview with Rolling Stone AU/NZ last year.
What sets KATSEYE apart isn’t just the music, but their bond. They finish each other’s sentences, nod in agreement, and lean on one another when the pace of fame feels overwhelming. “Even on stage, if someone’s out of it, a look at a friend grounds you instantly,” Sophia added. “There are so many moments when I just look at the girls and I’m back.”
However, the group continue to make waves on the Australian charts, with “Gabriela”, “Touch” and “Gnarly” all certified Platinum – and “Debut” and “Gameboy” also certified Gold.
The teaser comes fresh off their debut Coachella appearance, which was one of the most anticipated of the weekend.
While Katseye were in planning mode, the pop world buzzed with speculation and curiosity about what the performance would bring – or more specifically, who. In February, Hybe and Geffen Records announced that Manon Bannerman would be taking a temporary hiatus from the group “to focus on her health and wellbeing”, though her first personal statement regarding the matter assured fans that she is “healthy and taking care of myself”.
Their Coachella performance kicked off with “Pinky Up”, a new single they premiered on the eve of the festival, that leads the new EP. Like the song’s music video, the performance notably did not feature Manon.
