Role Model had more than one Sally onstage with him at Laneway Sydney.
While performing at the Sydney leg of the travelling festival yesterday (February 8th), the US singer-songwriter brought out three members of beloved children’s group The Wiggles to play the part of Sally during “Sally, When the Wine Runs Out”.
Tsehay Hawkins (Yellow Wiggle), Lucia Field (Blue Wiggle), and original Jeff Fatt (original Purple Wiggle) danced alongside Role Model — watch below.

Role Model has previously recruited big-name artists to play the part of Sally.
Local legend BENEE played the part at the first leg of Laneway 2026 in Auckland last week. Role Model and his Auckland Sally previously worked together on the collaborative single “notice me”.
Charli XCX filled the role during Role Model’s SNL debut last year, receiving a rapturous response from the late-night show’s audience.
Celebrating its 21st anniversary, this year’s Laneway also features headlining act Chappell Roan, PinkPantheress, Wet Leg, BENEE, Gigi Perez, Wolf Alice, Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers, and more on the bill.
Alongside the likes of Alex G, Geese, and Cavetown, BENEE is playing several sideshows to go with her Laneway appearance. Fans can catch her next week at Sydney’s Liberty Hall on Wednesday (February 11th), Torquay Hotel on Friday (February 14th), and 170 Russell in Melbourne on Saturday (February 15th).
In other Laneway news, organisers shared in a press statement that the weekend’s Gold Coast and Sydney legs completely sold out.
Festival co-founders Danny Rogers and Jerome Borazio said: “What a way to kick off our Australian run with a sold-out show on the Gold Coast. The response to Laneway this year has been beyond anything we could have imagined. We’re so grateful to the fans, the artists, and the incredible team who bring this festival to life.”
The Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth legs are still remaining, with limited tickets remaining for all dates.
