After 14 years away, Earth, Wind & Fire are finally performing in Australia, adding two spectacular sideshows to next year’s Bluesfest headline slot.
In April 2026, Australian audiences will once again experience the uplifting power of Earth, Wind, & Fire’s timeless music, one of the greatest bands to ever take the stage. They are taking to the Bluesfest stage on Friday, April 3rd, appearing on the bill alongside Split Enz, The Pogues, Sublime, The Black Crowes, Buddy Guy, Marcus King Band, Pierce Brothers, South Summit, and more.
Following the festival, the legendary band will play headline shows at Sydney’s TikTok Entertainment Centre (ICC Sydney) on Sunday, April 5th, and Melbourne’s MCEC Plenary on Wednesday, April 8th.
Tickets will go on sale at 11am (AEDT) on Thursday, December 4th. Presale will run from 11am (AEDT) on Wednesday, December 3rd — register for presale here.
Formed in 1969 by the visionary Maurice White, Earth, Wind & Fire revolutionised the sound of popular music with their radiant fusion of soul, funk, R&B, jazz and disco. Over their extraordinary career, the band have sold more than 100 million albums, achieved eight No. 1 hits, released 23 studio albums (including eight 2x Platinum), and earned nine Grammy Awards, including a Lifetime Achievement Award.
They were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2000 and honoured with the Kennedy Centre Honors in 2019, marking their immense cultural and artistic legacy.
