Spacey Jane have joined a special list of artists including Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, and Laufey in releasing an Amazon Music Original cover.
Justin time for the festive period, the WA indie rockers have covered “Please Come Home for Christmas” by the Eagles. Listen below.
“We figured the entire point of covering a Christmas song was to take ourselves very un-seriously, so that’s what we did,” they share. “In saying that, nothing about The Eagles is straightforward so we scratched the studio itch and melted our brains a little in between tours while thinking about Christmas in August. We had fun and we hope you do too!”

Spacey Jane’s Christmas cover follows the recent release of “Estimated Delivery (Magic Megamix)”, featuring fellow Aussie artist Mallrat.

The original version appeared on Spacey Jane’s third studio album If That Makes Sense, released earlier this year. The album has been nominated for two ARIA Awards — Best Rock Album and Best Video.
Of the collaboration with Mallrat, real name Grace Shaw, Spacey Jane said: “We’re huge fans of Grace (aka Mallrat) and have been lucky enough to become good friends over the last few years. She’s an amazing fit for the song and as soon as we heard her verse we were hooked. It’s always cool to see a song given a new life and it’s even better when it’s the homie.”
Looking ahead, Spacey Jane have a host of festival appearances on the way. They’ll appear at AO Live 2026 alongside The Kid LAROI, Peggy Gou, The Veronicas, and more. They’re also set to perform at Rolling Sets, Beyond the Valley, and The Great Escape.
