Blondshell is coming back to Australia. The Los Angeles indie-rock star, real name Sabrina Teitelbaum, has announced a run of east coast headline shows for February 2026, presented by Frontier Touring and Penny Drop.

“I’ve been wanting to go back to Australia since we were there at the beginning of 2024!” Teitelbaum says. “It’s so far away, so we don’t get to go enough and it makes it so special when we do get the chance. I’m really excited.”

Last here for Laneway Festival in 2024, Blondshell will return for shows at Sydney’s Factory Theatre on February 4th, Brisbane’s Crowbar on February 5th, and Melbourne’s Max Watt’s on February 7th.

The tour follows the release of her latest album If You Asked For A Picture, out now via Mushroom Music, which has already earned a spot on Rolling Stone’s “Best Albums of 2025 So Far” list. Produced once again by Yves Rothman, the record sharpens the specificity and dark humour of her 2023 self-titled debut while expanding her sonic palette with urgency and ambition.

Leading into the album, Teitelbaum dropped a string of standout singles: the cinematic “Event of a Fire”, the vulnerable “Two Times”, the biting “T&A” (performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live!), and the album’s emotional anchor “23’s A Baby.”

Since her breakout, Blondshell has been building a reputation as one of indie rock’s most compelling new voices. She’s supported Fontaines D.C. and Queens of the Stone Age across the UK and Europe, reimagined Addison Rae’s “Diet Pepsi” in a moody live session, and is currently midway through her If You Asked For A Tour trek across the US, UK, and Europe.

Joining her across the Australian dates is Sydney songwriter and rising indie-rocker total tommy, whose blend of bedroom lo-fi and scuzzy, guitar-drenched alt-pop has quickly marked her as one to watch.
