Ethel Cain will bring her ‘Willoughby Tucker Forever’ tour to Australia and New Zealand in 2026, adding local dates to her sold-out global tour.
The tour starts at Auckland Town Hall on February 14th, then continues to Melbourne’s Palais Theatre (February 16th and 17th), Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion (February 21st), Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall (February 25th), and finishes at Fremantle Arts Centre (February 28th).

The tour follows Cain’s new album, Willoughby Tucker, I’ll Always Love You, which has earned raves from everyone from The New York Times to The Wall Street Journal. The record serves as a prequel to her 2022 debut Preacher’s Daughter, telling the story of Cain’s first love, Willoughby Tucker, in what’s described as a “humid, laden romance.”
“I produced and recorded the album over the past year in my studios in Daleville, Alabama, Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, and Tallahassee, Florida,” Cain said. “Some of the songs date back to the very beginning of the Ethel Cain project.”
Cain’s North American and European tour legs sold all 170,000 tickets within weeks earlier this year. She’ll headline some of her biggest shows yet, including New York’s Radio City Music Hall, Los Angeles’ Shrine Auditorium and London’s Eventim Apollo.
The Florida-born multidisciplinary artist (real name Hayden Anhedönia) broke out with her 2021 EP Inbred, recorded in the basement of an old Indiana church. Her debut Preacher’s Daughter cemented her status as one of the most compelling new voices in music, leading to collaborations with Florence + the Machine, Mitski, Givenchy, Miu Miu, and Calvin Klein.

Ethel Cain’s last Australian shows were in mid-2023, when she performed at Sydney’s Vivid LIVE and Hobart’s Dark Mofo festivals, amongst other dates.
