NO CIGAR have shared a new single “Clean”.
The latest from the Kiwi band arrives alongside the announcement of their upcoming third album, Under the Surface, due out Wednesday, June 30th.
“Clean” follows previously released singles in 2025, including “Best Behaviour”, “Problem” and “Chantilly“.
Under the Surface will follow their last album, The Great Escape (2023), which charted in the Top 20 on the NZ Album Chart.
On the new album, the band says they’re excited to share fresh sounds and inspirations.
“The album brings a new flavour to the mix,” NO CIGAR explains. “Just as we’ve grown as people in the last few years since our first album, so too has the music. We never set out to make music that is ‘heavier’ or ‘softer’; we just find the time to lock ourselves away from the world, get comfortable, and open the floodgates.

To celebrate the album rollout, NO CIGAR will be touring Australia and New Zealand this October and November.
