In Partnership with Fujifilm
This July, Fujifilm is launching its new film-inspired digital camera, the X half, with a one-day only creative event in Sydney.
‘The Moment Club’ will take place on Saturday, July 12th from 2pm to 4pm at the Baptist Street Rec Club in Redfern, and those attending will be among the first to try the X half – the brand’s new half-frame digital camera designed to capture nostalgic, film-style shots in a modern, easy-to-use format.

The camera is an exciting innovation that brings back a level of intention and craft to everyday photography, with a retro design, 2-in-1 photo feature, and range of film-inspired effects.
At the event, attendees will learn how to take the perfect side-by-side photo in ‘The Parallel Moments Workshop’, get tips on nailing their drink pics in ‘The Art of the Cocktail Pic’, and even level up their fit check game in ‘The Ultimate Bathroom Selfie’.

Every $25 ticket includes a complimentary bespoke cocktail, Southeast Asian-inspired snacks, and a live DJ set from Sydney-based creator and electronic producer, Alex Hayes. It’s a unique opportunity to experiment with Fujifilm’s latest release in person, connect with like-minded creatives, and if you ask us, a pretty sweet way to spend your Saturday afternoon.
On top of the live entertainment and workshops, Fujifilm experts will also be on-site to guide guests through features like the camera’s manual film lever, built-in film simulations and vertical shooting format.
